  When we first went to the caravan company we perfectly honest; we needed a caravan to travel to Malta and we had a tight budget. This didn't matter to them, even though we looked at the bottom end of the market they were happy to assist. Jackie was absolutely wonderful. She showed us around and made sure we knew everything we needed to as caravan virgins. We spoke to a few other companies such as Lady Bailey and they came across as complete snobs. Not so with the caravan company who were first rate from start to finish. Stick with this company and they will ensure you get a great price and unbeatable customer service from start to finish.
